Dr Yifan Cheng is appointed as a faculty member at the Department of Geological Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is the founder and the principal investigator of the a.c.t. hydro lab.
Prior to joining UB, Cheng was a Postdoctoral Fellow and later transitioned to Project Scientist at the Research Applications Laboratory (RAL) at the NSF National Center for Atmospheric Research (NSF NCAR).
